We’re excited to pass along the news that “A Night of Georgia Music,” recorded for public television at Macon’s historic Grand Opera House and broadcast on July 4, 2022 on GPTV, has been nominated for three 2023 Southeast Emmy Awards in the following categories: Arts/Entertainment-long form content, with Mike, Robert McDuffie, Chuck Leavell & Mercer University Senior Vice President for Marketing Communications Larry Brumley named as producers; Musical Composition/Arrangement, with David Mallamud, Leavell, and Mike named as arrangers/musicians; and Lighting, with Peter Schroth named as lighting director.
Award winners will be announced at the 49th Annual Southeast Emmy Awards gala which will take place on June 17 at the Grand Hyatt in Atlanta. Congrats to everyone involved!
