“We recorded the basic tracks for this bluesy burner in Joshua Tree, CA at Dave Catching’s Rancho De La Luna studio. We only had one day off and Dave graciously let us into his studio to record this, as well as a couple other songs. Duke had come up with this monster guitar riff, which the band arranged on the spot at the Rancho. Duke finished his vocals later on the tour, and Alain played the shredding guitar solos both of which were done in Sao Paulo, Brazil at Da Pa Virada studios. This is one of the heavier songs that Drink The Sea has recorded so far, but then again, we are living in heavy times.
