The Baseball Project, yet another manifestation of Scott McCaughey and Peter Buck’s penchant for musical revelry, has garnered massive kudos in the month since its debut release on Yep Roc Records (U.S.) and Blue Rose (Europe). Since the band’s national TV appearances on David Letterman (see video below) and This Week In Baseball in June, they’ve also appeared in Sports Illustrated, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the LA Times, Boston Globe, the Onion, etc.
