The Todos Santos Music Festival, with its picturesque and intimate setting, philanthropic spirit, and collaborate sets has become a magnet for an eclectic group of musicians. The Todos Santos Music Festival celebrates the deep cultural roots of the town of Todos Santos. Todos Santos is, in fact, one of only two towns in the Baja to be awarded the designation of “Pueblo Magico.”

“The festival is just a natural extension of the unique artistic vibe of Todos Santos. It is intimate, eclectic and multicultural. We are fortunate that such great musicians are willing to donate their time to join me in adding to the cultural vibrancy of the town and, at the same time, in giving back to this special community,” said Peter Buck.

The festival also sets out to make a difference in the community by fundraising for important local charities, including: the Palapa Society, a local non-profit foundation which provides education and scholarship opportunities for local children; Escuela Pacifica, a non-profit school for first through sixth graders; Hogar del Niño, a non-profit home for mistreated and orphaned children; Albergue Escolar, a boarding school for local ranch children; DIF Municipal, a support organization for families ProPlayas A.C., an organization providing lifeguard training and beach safety; Amigos de los Animales de Todos Santos, an animal shelter facility; and Bomberos, the local fire department.

The 2013 Todos Santos Music Festival raised nearly $70,000 for The Palapa Society. The donations funded the organization’s relocation to a larger and greatly improved facility, 50% expansion of its after-school enrichment program, addition of adult English programs, and significant growth of a scholarship program enabling children to attend high school and college.

Todos Santos Music Festival will be presented by Hotel California and Vaso Loco, and is also made possible by the Secretary of Tourism for the State of Baja California Sur, and the Cabo and La Paz hotel associations La Paz Emprhotur, Los Cabos Hotel Association, and Live Nation. Marketing, travel and logistics are being provided by group travel and events specialists The Cabo Agency.

“Hotel California, with our rich musical history, is always pleased to support efforts that benefit our worthwhile local charities. As a Todos Santos pioneer, Hotel California welcomes the opportunity to participate with such brilliant musicians for a fun festival and for a great cause,” said Hotel California General Manager Adolfo Blanco.

“The TSMF is a professional planned and fun event that showcases the best of music in a truly magical town “Todos Santos”. The Tourism Board of Baja California Sur supports these events that promote tourism but more importantly support the community through their different social programs,” said Luis Palacios, President of the Tourism Board of Baja California Sur.
