So this is the final weekend of Michael Shannon/Jason Narducy and friends presenting the music of Fables of the Reconstruction (and much more from the R.E.M. canon): The Metro tonight, SPACE in Evanston tomorrow, both shows long since sold out. With most all of the guys playing being from or based in Chicago, there won’t be any more bus rides or flights, just home for a while until whatever they’re doing next. And then they regroup in August for the tour over in England, Scotland and Ireland! Ticket info here.
