MIKE JOINS PETER FOR “NEAR WILD HEAVEN” AT WEBSTER HALL SHOW

Mike joined Peter onstage last night midway through Peter’s opening set at Webster Hall in NYC for a rousing version of “Near Wild Heaven.” Peter’s set included songs primarily from his recent solo record but also featured a raucous rendition of The Seeds “Pushin’ Too Hard” with Lenny Kaye on vocals and guitar and Mike on back-up vocals and tambourine.

Robyn Hitchcock and the Venus 3 headlined the night which saw various guests, including Mike, Lenny, Sean Nelson (Harvey Danger), Kurt Bloch (Young Fresh Fellows), and Linda Pitmon (The Baseball Project), join Robyn, Peter, Bill Rieflin, and Scott McCaughey on stage.
