The episode we’ve all been waiting for, Batali on Stipe, featuring Michael and chef Mario Batali, will air on Thursday, December 15th, at 10pm, as part of the Sundance Channel’s six-part series, Iconoclasts.
From Sundance: In this episode, award-winning restaurateur and Food Network Iron Chef Mario Batali serves up a tribute to Michael Stipe, founding member of rock band R.E.M. and one of the first alternative rockers to achieve mainstream success. Stipe is now almost as well known for his social and political activism as he is for his music.
