New Orleans based Bonerama (who contributed horns to COLLAPSE INTO NOW) released an album back in the spring called SHAKE IT BABY which we wanted to bring to everyone’s attention belatedly. The album has twelve previously unreleased studio tracks with guest appearances by Mike Mills, Dr. John, George Porter, Jr.
In 2007, Michael Stipe participated as a final round voter in See Me Project, a pediatric HIV/AIDS awareness photography event held in KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. A documentary of that event called “See Me” will be screening at the Awareness Festival in Santa Monica (awarenessfestival.org) this weekend on 7/28,
