Michael was on hand last night at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Munich, Germany, where he presented the Artist Choice Award to British singer, Amy Winehouse.

Michael was on Germany’s TV Total yesterday for an interview. He talks about the band’s new live album R.E.M. Live, which is currently #5 on the Worldwide European Chart.

Sitting here on the traditional (for me) day of rest after a whirlwind week with Michael of almost a city a day of press around some of the great cities in Europe.

Michael will be a guest on BBC Radio 2’s The Music Club with Simon Mayo on October 29th at 11:30pm (UK time). Michael will discuss R.E.M. Live, the band’s first live offering in their 27 year history.
