The band’s show in Porto Alegre tonight at Estadio Sao Jose marks R.E.M.’s first time in Brazil since the storied Rock in Rio headline performance in 2001, attended by over 200,000 fans. Tonight’s show will be followed by concerts in Rio de Janeiro on November 8th and two concerts
