The Baseball Project, with special pinch-hitter Mike Mills guaranteed a spot in the starting rotation in place of the normally Cal Ripken-like Peter Buck, will play two huge shows next week.

TIRED PONY ANNOUNCE DEBUT US SHOW AND PRESALE


Tired Pony will play their debut American show at the Gramercy Theatre in New York City on October 1st.

The band, spearheaded by Snow Patrol’s Gary Lightbody, is a collaborative project featuring R.E.M.’s Peter Buck, Belle and Sebastian’s Richard Colburn, Troy Stewart, singer songwriter Iain Archer, acclaimed producer

MIDSUMMER UPDATE: STUDIO WRAP, FABLES REISSUE, TIRED PONY, AND MORE…


The band has completed the third phase of recording their next record at Hansa Studio in Berlin with Jacknife Lee and will now set about mixing it at some point this Fall. Though we don’t have a definitive date, all signs are pointing towards a Spring 2011 release of
