ATHENS BANDS TO PLAY “FINEST WORKSONGS”

On Tuesday, September 12, 2006, several Athens bands will provide their take
on R.E.M. songs as part of Finest Worksongs: Athens Bands Play the Music of
R.E.M.
at the legendary 40 Watt Club. Proceeds from the event will benefit
two organizations, Community Connection of Northeast Georgia and Family
Connection/Communities in Schools.
